As part of Kinko’s aggressive expansion plans, J. D. Strachan Construction built 10 retail locations throughout the GTA varying in size and stature from strip mall units to stand alone buildings to office tower suites and to full mall locations.  Typical locations were approx. 5,000 square feet in size and were constructed within the aggressive 6-8 week time frame that was allowed.  Concept and services were maintained throughout alL locations which featured a full range of state of the art networked computer services, full & self service copying/printing electronic equipment, full electronic security and raised access flooring which accommodates cabling while allowing future expansion/modifications.  All locations were designed and built to the company’s exacting specifications to ensure corporate identity worldwide.
