J.D. Strachan Construction Limited has completed numerous renovations throughout the hotel including the heavy timber entrance, trellis fencing, and coffee garden.  All work must be completed within the minimum number of disruptions to the hotel guests and staff.

Our most ambitious project to date has been the work to the Katsura Restaurant.  A   complete commercial kitchen, authentic Sushi Bar, and meeting rooms were added to the second floor.  The first floor Sushi Bar was completely renovated and a new sprinkler system was installed throughout the restaurant without closing down operations.
