J.D. Strachan Construction has successfully completed over 46 projects for the University of Toronto including : Flavelle House third floor offices and ground floor restoration, the Information Commons at the Robarts Library, laboratory renovation at Lash Miller, the Medical Science Building and Library renovations at the Koffler Career Centre.  Most of these projects have been completed adjacent to occupied spaces.  The owners requirement for reduction of street noise and dust control were accommodated for each project. Our work at Hart House involved duplicating existing curved stone door surrounds and arches.  Most of the masonry work and finished carpentry was completed with our own forces.
