An 1820 Regency Cottage Restoration. This regency-style cottage is an excellent example of architectural balance and proportion.  Although the exact date of construction is unknown, investigative examination of the building reveals that it may have been designed by a military engineer with the hand-hewn timbers erected by soldiers within the first two decades of the 19th Century. Our work included restoration of the exterior and careful integration of a new HVAC system to the interior.
