J. D. Strachan Construction Limited’s work with Taylor/ Hazell Achitects involved major structural repairs through the buildings and restoration to the roof, masonry façade and decorative plaster ceiling in the main reference library.  All work was completed to suit the busy schedule of the court and the libraries.  A major portion of our construct was negotiated after we had begun.  Since our original contract, we have completed over $600,000.00 in window restoration and reinforcing to the floors in the Benchers’ Wing.
