The Alton Mill is a significant historic property with immense potential.”  The project includes converting the interior of the building into art studios, gallery and heritage exhibit. Major structural repairs include replacement of wood columns, beams, and floors.  The windows have all be replaced with new replica windows. An elevator will assist people moving throughout the different levels.
