This project was one of over 38 we have successfully completed for the University of Toronto.  Our work has included a conversion of the third floor attic space to high end executive offices, installation of a new elevator and shaft.  Restoration of the ground floor lobby and restoration of the ground floor commons room.  We were required to introduce new structural elements throughout the building and restore decorative plaster and exterior masonry.  New mechanical and electrical systems were provided for the entire third floor, the main lobby and the Commons Room.  All work was completed while the building remained fully occupied.
